Our standard delivery is Royal Mail 1st class, if you’d like a different delivery method please contact us on the form using the mail symbol at the bottom of the page.

How soon will i receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days of receiving them often much sooner. You’ll receive an email confirming your order and a second one when its dispatched.

What happens if it does not arrive?

Please get in contact with us if your order hasn’t arrived after a week since it has been dispatched.

Please check its not been left in any communal spaces or with a neighbour. Once we’ve investigated we’ll look at replacing or refunding your order.

Can i return an item?

We offer our customers a 14 day returns window to request a refund or exchange.

The item will need to be returned unused and in a resellable condition.

We want all our customers to be happy with their products.

If you wish to have a refund or an exchange, please get in contact with us using the mail symbol at the bottom of the page.

Please note when having a refund or an exchange the customer will need to cover the cost of return postage, any refund will be less any original delivery cost.

Our team pack and check all your orders before we dispatch them, if we make a mistake or your order is damaged in transit, please contact us using the mail symbol at the bottom of the page and we’ll get it resolved as soon as we can.
